For the rare disease community, inclusivity and accessibility is often one of the first things to be considered, this means that you will probably have already sent the event out to people who would maybe not see it online otherwise and have reached out to more remote members of your community. However, it is also important to make your presentation as accessible as possible. Make sure clear language is used by your speakers and in written presentations. Use large fonts and high colour contrast. If needed, provide captions for audio and try to minimise background noise as much as possible. If possible, send out the slides afterwards in PDF for people to look at and catch up on.
