The Glasgow Rare Disease Showcase
On Wednesday 10th October, Findacure hosted The Glasgow Rare Disease Showcase, at the University of Stathclyde’s Technology and Innovation Centre.
With thanks to the generosity of our sponsors Bionical, Vertex and BioMarin, we welcomed 78 delegates from across the UK, who joined us to hear about the extensive work taking place in Scotland’s thriving rare disease community.
Forming part of the wider ‘Rare Disease Showcase’ series, this event was the most ambitious to date, with five invited speakers, 9 lightning talk speakers, and 14 patient group exhibitors sharing their rare disease stories.
