Mentee Strategy Training

On Thursday the 2nd of March Beacon kicked-off the Mentoring Scheme training period with a session looking at strategy.

Head of Strategic Operations at Costello Medical, Laura Silk and CEO of Beacon, Rick Thompson both presented. The session covered the following:

How to develop a clear mission and vision for your organisation and why this is important
What strategy is and how you can begin to develop a strategy
The benefit of thinking like a business
Real examples of strategic decisions
