‘How to’ toolkit for creating accessible condition-specific information
Genetic Alliance UK worked alongside Genomics England and Unique to develop a ‘how to’ toolkit that can be used by charities, support groups, patient groups and the NHS to write genetic and rare condition-specific information that is accessible for people with a wide range of requirements.
The aim of the toolkit is to help stakeholders communicate complex information about genetic and rare conditions in ways that are easily understood.
The toolkit contains four documents, which include templates and a glossary, that can be assessed, downloaded and edited all in Microsoft Word!
